I wouldn't say the grilled beef sandwich changed my life...... but I bought it Thursday afternoon, brought it home, threw it in the fridge, brought it to NYC the next day and had it for lunch and DAMN, that shit was quite good. Imagine if I'd had it fresh out the hot plate! And of course, big ups to MICHAEL for hooking it up.

Fast service. Clean. Delicious. I have visited this location on multiple occasions and it never disappoints. It's a great place for a good old pho and any other options like entree and even a mango smoothie. TIP: if you are on budget or struggle to finish your pho every time, order your PHO from a kids menu section. I hope you find this review helpful. Have a great day.

I found this place by chance and glad I did. I feel the servings are generous. I have been here twice once for pho and the other time for a rice dinner, both times the food was delicious. They have Thai tea and boba both are good. The restaurant is a good size can accommodate big parties. Plenty parking in the shopping center. The service is where I have I take the one star off. The first time was off putting but the food was so good. Glad I gave this place a second chance because the service was excellent.

Excellent báhn mi! Harmonious chaos of pickled daikon and carrots delivering a tangy crunch. Slivers of cucumber, cool and refreshing, nestled within the cilantro sprigs. Their natural fragrance releasing an earthy perfume with every bite. The marined pork, rich and savory, kissed by the grill and caramelized to perfection. The unctuous, smooth, decadent, rich pate adding a luxurious depth. And the baguette, the typically unsung hero of a báhn mi, perfectly balanced between crisp golden crust and soft, airy interior. Pho Today's pho is solid, but the báhn mi is better. And at a good price.

Recommended my a friend, Pho Today, is a neighborhood gem. We had a rice platter and the beef pho. Both tasty and good portions. It was a busy Saturday at lunch but did not rush you out the door. Milk tea topped the meal of authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

My first time trying pho and it did not disappoint!! As a vegetarian I am always cautious of dishes like pho because they are primarily made with meat, esp the broth. However my pho-loving bestie found a spot she loves that does in fact have vegetarian pho options, and I am so glad! I was so impressed with the pho. I got the vegetarian mushroom pho and the flavors were EVERYTHING! I am a sucker for anything with mushroom and green onion and this combination was perfect for me. It was flavorful yet simple and the delicious umami, mushroomy, oniony flavors got me immediately. The hot broth with the different types of mushrooms felt like a warm hug. I wasn't sick but if I was it would've healed me right away. It was so fresh, warm, and comforting. I couldn't finish the entire bowl but I brought home my leftover pho and I didn't even see it the next day! Highly recommend the place, and to all my vegetarians, don't be afraid!!

This is the best pho place in the Plainsboro/South Brunswick/Princeton area. Though the pho/noodles are a bit more expensive, it's definitely worth it with its savory broth. The oxtail ramen is shockingly big that it's put in a separate bowl. It's quite good, and is also nice for 2-3 people. I personally prefer Pho Dac Biet which has a nice assortment of meats, which was good for my 2 young kids with even leftovers to take home. Get extra noodles if sharing. I got the most delicious grilled pork chop and had them add a cooked egg on top!!! It was cooked to perfection. SOOOO GOOD, my kids were all eating up my food! It's also a very spacious and clean place. Great if you got a big group!

I had a lovely lunch from the Pho Today in Plainsboro recently, and I'm officially a fan! We ordered a bowl of Bun Bo Hue and a bowl of Pho Dac Biet (both to go), and we were thrilled by the flavors in the broth and the meat. The Bun Bo Hue was the star of the show. Though it wasn't very spicy, there was a certain complexity to the flavors in the broth that I loved. And despite this complexity, the broth still maintained the lightness that I have grown to expect in a good bowl of pho. I was anticipating a strong, possibly overpowering, lemongrass flavor, as another reviewer had complained about this a while back, but I didn't notice this issue in my serving. The flavors balanced themselves out very nicely. The service was excellent. I had accidentally placed my to-go order at the wrong location, but the person who I spoke to at the Plainsboro location quickly realized my mistake and was able to help me resolve it efficiently. I was surprised to see that the restaurant had a few patrons eating in on a weekday afternoon and two tables dedicated to holding a large number of completed takeout orders. But after tasting the food, I understand why! I will be back! I'm excited to try more items from their menu.
